Pakistan allows Biman Bangladesh Airlines to operate third weekly flight to Karachi

KARACHI (Web Desk) – Pakistan’s Civil Aviation Authority has granted permission to Biman Bangladesh Airlines to operate a third weekly flight between Dhaka and Karachi, enhancing air travel links between the two countries.

The airline will introduce the additional service based on passenger demand, market factors, and operational considerations, officials said.

Currently, Biman operates two weekly flights on the route using Boeing 737 aircraft. The expanded schedule aims to accommodate growing interest from travelers and strengthen bilateral connectivity.

Biman Bangladesh Airlines resumed flights to Pakistan on Jan. 29 after a 14-year gap, launching twice-weekly round-trip services on Thursdays and Saturdays.
