NEPRA reduces electricity tariff by Rs1.78 per unit for consumers

The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra) has announced a reduction of Rs1.78 per unit in electricity prices, bringing relief to consumers.

According to NEPRA, the decrease has been made under the fuel cost adjustment for the month of July. The relief will reflect in the electricity bills issued in September.

The reduction in tariff will also apply to K-Electric (KE) consumers.
