At the commencement of the new academic session VC IUB visits Faculty of Arts

BAHAWALPUR : At the commencement of the new academic session, Prof Dr Muhammad Kamran, Vice Chancellor paid a detailed visit to the Faculty of Arts and Languages at the Baghdad-ul-Jadeed Campus of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. During his visit, the Vice Chancellor toured various departments, where he closely observed the ongoing academic activities and interacted with faculty members as well as students.

In order to gain first-hand insight into the teaching and learning processes, Professor Dr. Muhammad Kamran personally attended several classes. He keenly observed teaching methodologies, classroom management, student participation, and the overall academic environment. He also engaged in cordial discussions with students, inquiring about their academic experiences, challenges, and aspirations. He motivated them to take full advantage of the resources and opportunities provided by the university, stressing the importance of hard work, discipline, and critical thinking for their academic and professional success.

On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor reaffirmed the university’s commitment to providing an intellectually stimulating environment where students are encouraged to excel in knowledge, research, and creativity. He emphasised that the Faculty of Arts and Languages, being a hub of culture, literature, and linguistic studies, plays a vital role in broadening students’ perspectives and preparing them for leadership roles in society. The visit reflected the Vice Chancellor’s vision of ensuring academic excellence through close interaction with faculty and students, continuous monitoring of teaching practices, and fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere that aligns with the highest standards of higher education.
