UK’s most expensive stolen car traced in Karachi

A luxury car stolen from the United Kingdom has surfaced on the streets of Karachi.

Interpol Manchester has officially sought Sindh Police’s assistance in recovering what is reported to be the UK’s most expensive stolen vehicle.

According to police sources, the vehicle was stolen from the UK town of Harrogate on November 22, 2022. A letter sent by Interpol Manchester confirmed that tracking data later placed the car’s location near Saddar and Korangi Roads in Karachi.

The tracking device initially lost connection in the UK city of Leeds. However, its last recorded activity on February 11 revealed the car had already reached Pakistan.

Sources within the Sindh Police have confirmed that a special operation has been launched to trace and recover the stolen car. The request from Interpol has prompted close monitoring of possible locations in Karachi where the vehicle might be hidden.
